INFORMATION / UPDATED 1 APRIL 2026

Privacy policy

A browser-local workspace, with a clear distinction between information you enter and information you choose to send.

1. Scope and operator information

This policy describes the supplied static website at storyporchpckbrd.shop and its QuickInvoice Studio tool. The displayed operator is Storyporchpckbrd Digital Ltd, company reference DEMO-2026-014, with the illustrative registered office at 24 Ledger Lane, London, EC1A 1AA, United Kingdom. These generated identity details are not evidence of incorporation or a verified postal location and must be replaced with verified operator information before commercial deployment.

Privacy questions may be addressed to [email protected]. This is the designated privacy and DPO-contact route in this build, not a claim that a statutory Data Protection Officer has been appointed.

2. Information processed by the invoice tool

Business details, customer details, line items, references, dates, tax settings and payment notes are processed in the current browser page. The application does not upload those fields, save invoice drafts in local storage or create a server-side invoice account. Reloading or leaving the page can remove the draft. Browser restoration features, extensions and device-level services are outside the application’s control.

Printing and PDF saving use your browser and operating system. You control the destination, printer and subsequent sharing. Saved documents may contain personal information, so protect them appropriately.

3. Contact information and technical records

The contact form validates entries locally and prepares an email link. Nothing is submitted to a website backend. If you open that link and send a message, your email provider and the receiving mailbox process the name, email address, subject and message you choose to share. Do not send customer invoice files or sensitive financial information unless necessary and agreed.

A web host may receive ordinary connection information, such as an IP address, requested URL, user-agent information and request time. Hosting and mailbox providers are not specified by this static build, so their actual logging and retention settings cannot be represented as verified here.

4. Cookies, purposes and legal bases

The site stores a consent-preference record in local storage to remember your cookie choices. It contains category choices, a version and a timestamp, not invoice content. There are no analytics, advertising or external tracking scripts in this implementation. See the cookie policy for controls and duration.

Where personal information is received through correspondence, its intended purpose is responding to your request and maintaining necessary support or security records. Depending on context, the applicable legal basis may be steps requested before a contract, legitimate interests in handling enquiries, legal obligations or consent for a genuinely optional activity.

5. Processors, transfers and retention

No third-party PDF service, embedded map, remote font or analytics processor receives invoice fields from this code. Hosting and email services may act as processors when configured by the actual operator. Their identities, processing locations, contracts and any international-transfer safeguards must be documented for the deployed service.

Invoice drafts last only for the current page session. The consent record expires for application purposes after 180 days, or sooner if you clear it. Correspondence should be retained only for the enquiry and any justified legal or dispute period; no verified mailbox retention schedule is established by this build.

6. Your choices and rights

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you may have rights to access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and to withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Where California privacy law applies, qualifying residents may request access, correction or deletion and exercise applicable sale, sharing and sensitive-information rights without unlawful discrimination. This implementation does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Contact the privacy address with enough information to describe your request. Reasonable identity verification may be necessary. We cannot retrieve invoice content that was never sent to us. You may also complain to your competent supervisory authority. Policy changes should be dated here whenever the deployed data practices change.

Essential local storage remembers your choice. Optional categories are not currently deployed; enabling them does not load any services.
